We, like many other salons have implemented an appointment deposit policy.
Should you not be able to attend your appointment and give us 48 hours notice your deposit will be put towards your rescheduled appointment.
What happens if you give us less than 48hr notice & we cannot fill your space?
Unfortunately you may need to forfeit your deposit. We understand this is not an ideal situation however we simply can’t absorb the costs any longer.
