• If you’d like a to add a cut, just let us know and we can organize this for you too 💕
• This Service can take around 4-5 hrs, so get ready for some serious pampering.
• So we know what we’re working with please send us some pics of your current hair in natural lighting ( aka outside but not in direct sunlight)
and a brief rundown of what colour services you’ve had done over the last 2-3 years
This gives us some real life knowledge on what’s going on under the surface of your hair and a better idea of what exactly is achievable.
We don’t want to give you hopes of an unrealistic end result. The more info the better 😊

New Deposits Policy

 
We, like many other salons have implemented an appointment deposit policy. 
Should you not be able to attend your appointment and give us 48 hours notice your deposit will be put towards your rescheduled appointment.
 
What happens if you give us less than 48hr notice & we cannot fill your space?
 
Unfortunately you may need to forfeit your deposit. We understand this is not an ideal situation however we simply can’t absorb the costs any longer.
